Q - Can I bring my own furniture?
Your room is unfurnished and residents personalise them by bringing small items of furniture, photographs, pictures, bedspreads and anything else which will make your room feel like home.
Q - Will I have a television in my room?
You are welcome to bring in your own television but we do have a television in each residents' lounge.
Q - Can I have a telephone in my room?
Yes - all rooms are fitted with a telephone point. You will be responsible for your own charges.
Q - What are the visiting hours?
Everyone loves to see friends and family, so just like at home, visitors are welcome at any reasonable time.
Q - Can I bring my pets?
Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate pets such as dogs or cats, but cage birds and tank fish have been accepted in the past. Discuss your situation with the House Chairman when you come to view.
Q - Do I have to change my doctor?
If you currently live in Orpington you can stay registered with your own GP. If you are moving from another area you will need to register with a local GP.
Q - Can I smoke?
No - we operate a non-smoking policy throughout all the houses.
