The Costs

Residents pay a modest charge via a monthly standing order payment. Our charges vary depending on room size and facilities available but start at £262 per week.

The charge covers accommodation, catering, heating, lighting, Council Tax, room cleaning, laundry service and insurance of resident's possessions (up to £5,000).

Telephone charges and TV licence (where needed) are not included.

Residents may be eligible for Housing Benefit subject to their financial position.
