• If you are looking for suitable accommodation for a relative or are interested in becoming a resident yourself, please come and visit our houses to discuss the matter with committee members and staff.
• We would ask that prospective residents spend two weeks as a paying guest as part of the selection assessment, without commitment to either party.
• Residents pay our modest charges by standing order.
• Residents are expected to be polite and considerate to other residents and abide by the terms of the tenancy agreement.
• Residents need to provide a full medical certificate before acceptance.
